A: No. We augment physical labs, not replace them. LabZero prepares students so they enter physical labs with confidence and competence, dramatically reducing waste, contamination, and training time.
Q: How is this different from Labster or other virtual labs?
A: Three key differences: 1) Optimized 2D architecture works across Africa's variable internet (not bandwidth-heavy 3D/VR). 2) AI-powered real-time feedback provides mistake-responsive learning. 3) Integrated sustainability metrics track measurable environmental and cost impact.

Q: What internet speed do I need?
A: LabZero is optimized for low to medium bandwidth. Minimum: 2 Mbps. Recommended: 5 Mbps. Our 2D architecture ensures smooth performance even with inconsistent connectivity.
Q: What devices are supported?
A: Any computer from 2015 onwards with a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Mobile-responsive design supports tablets. No special hardware or VR equipment needed.
Q: Can LabZero work offline?
A: Currently, LabZero requires internet connectivity. Offline capability for selected modules is planned for 2027.
